Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service. Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing special requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Basic math skills for bill calculations and cash handling; attention to detail is essential.
