Lead Server | Full-Time $18.00/hour | Full-Time | No Tips Pennswood Village, a senior living community in Newtown, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Lead Server to join our Dining Services team. The Lead Server position plays an important role in providing quality meal service to our residents. As a Lead Server, you'll help coordinate daily dining room and trayline operations, ensuring meals are served efficiently and in accordance with our service standards. The Position Assist with daily dining room and trayline meal service Coordinate meal and menu service, including modified diets Help ensure smooth dining operations in the supervisor's absence Assist with training and orientation of new servers Maintain sanitation, food safety, and service standards Complete daily paperwork and communicate with other departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or currently working toward completion At least one year of food service experience required Knowledge of modified diets and food safety standards Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors Why Join Pennswood Village?
