Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Server,/Hostess. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the food service and hospitality industry in a private country club setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall guest experience. Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel settings is preferred but not required. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude to ensure our guests receive exceptional service. Provide fill-in Food Runner, Busser services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving Tables:

Serving a la cart and banquet dining.

•

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a clean dining environment.

•

Resetting Tables:

Setting tables with fresh linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.

•

Assisting Service Staff:

Supporting servers by bringing water, bread, and other items to tables.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and service stations.

Skills and Qualifications :

•

Physical Stamina:

Servers and Host are on their feet for extended periods and may need to lift and carry items.

• Attention to

Detail:

They need to ensure tables are properly set and cleaned.

•

Customer Service Skills:

Bussers interact with guests and should be friendly and helpful.

• Ability to Work as a

Team:

Servers, Host work closely with other staff members, so teamwork is essential.

•

Time Management:

They need to be efficient, especially during busy times.

•

Communication Skills:

They need to be able to communicate effectively with all other staff.

Requirements:

Age:

18 years old, especially if they are handling food or alcohol.

Experience:

Prior experience preferred but not always required

Pay:
