Position Overview The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining service to members and guests while upholding the Edgeworth Club's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and consistency. This role supports daily dining operations, event service, menu knowledge, and the overall member experience across all food and beverage outlets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Member Service & Hospitality Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests. Greet members promptly, present menus, and guide them through the dining experience. Anticipate member needs and ensure a high‑quality, personalized experience. Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming dining environment at all times. Engage members in a friendly, respectful manner while maintaining appropriate professionalism. Food & Beverage Knowledge Maintain strong knowledge of all menus, including daily features, ingredients, allergens, and preparation styles. Provide thoughtful recommendations based on member preferences. Accurately describe wine, beer, and cocktail offerings, coordinate with bartenders for specialty beverages. Ensure proper order-taking accuracy and timely communication with kitchen and bar teams. Operational Responsibilities Set up and break down dining areas for daily service, events, and private functions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and work areas. Follow all point‑of‑sale procedures accurately, including order entry and payment processing. Assist with restocking service items such as linens, silverware, condiments, and glassware. Support opening and closing duties as assigned by management. Event & Banquet Support Provide service for Club events, banquets, and private parties as scheduled. Coordinate with banquet captains, servers, and managers to ensure seamless event execution. Assist with room setups, food running, tray service, and event‑specific service styles. Adapt to varying service formats, including plated dinners, buffets, and cocktail receptions. Compliance & Safety Adhere to all state and Club policies regarding responsible alcohol service. Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards. Maintain all required certifications (ServSafe, RAMP, or equivalent). Professional Standards Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Maintain a polished appearance in accordance with Club dress code. Communicate clearly and respectfully with members, guests, and colleagues. Uphold the Edgeworth Club's values of hospitality, teamwork, and member‑first service. Qualifications Prior serving experience in a private club, hotel, or upscale dining environment preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure and accuracy. Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards. Must be at least 18 years of age. Working Conditions & ADA Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 pounds, including trays, glassware racks, and supplies. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in varying environments, including warm kitchen areas or cooler storage spaces. Ability to operate point‑of‑sale systems and standard dining room equipment. Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Positions Available:

Full-Time & Part-Time Full Time employees will be eligible for Benefits after 90 days, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, HSA, IRA matching 3% after one year of employment,
