Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, cocktails, or special dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain a smooth flow Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours effectively Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently In-depth wine knowledge and spirits experience to assist with beverage recommendations and upselling opportunities Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere!
