- Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our restaurant setting. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations. Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and efficient service flow. Requirements Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

$4.00 - $20.00 per hour
