As the first and last impression for every guest, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, seamless, and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. What You'll Do Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism Coordinate seating to maximize guest flow while maintaining service standards Communicate effectively with bartenders, event staff, and management Assist with guest inquiries and accommodate special requests whenever possible Maintain a clean, organized host stand, Tasting Room, and other active guest areas Help create an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality What We're Looking For Hosting experience in a cocktail bar, upscale restaurant, or hospitality venue Strong communication and multitasking skills Calm, confident demeanor in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Weekend and evening availability is required Passion for hospitality and an appreciation for craft cocktails and guest experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus opportunities for additional earnings where applicable Supportive, team-oriented work environment Staff discounts Opportunities for growth within our hospitality team This is a 10-20 hours per week position, $10+/hour (based on experience) + tips To apply: Please submit your resume, along with a brief introduction telling us why you'd be a great fit for our team.
