$9/hour (20% auto-gratuity) Description The Grove, located just outside Nashville and minutes from historic Franklin, is a 1,100-acre gated community offering a distinctive private club lifestyle dedicated to providing exceptional member services and the most comprehensive amenity and recreational offerings in the region. We are currently seeking an accomplished, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join the team. This position will be responsible for serving guests enthusiastically, suggesting menu items, serving both food and drink products, correctly charging member accounts for food and beverages sold, and ensuring that members receive seamless customer care and service. •Open to candidates seeking part-time or full-time employment. This is not a seasonal position. Essential Functions Establishes and maintains professional relationships with members and coworkers. Always displays the highest standards of service, greeting and welcoming members in a polite, gracious, and enthusiastic manner. Demonstrates professional conduct and proper etiquette. Records food and beverage orders from guests and ensures correct and prompt delivery. Keeps up-to-date with the restaurant's menu and is able to provide information about the special of the day and other menu items in a concise and articulate manner; Upsells appetizer, entrée, and dessert items. Delivers orders promptly to the kitchen so that meals can be prepared within the prescribed time. Consistently checks on the members to ensure satisfaction, comfort, and verify accuracy of services provided; adjusts and corrects as needed while communicating unresolved service flaws to his/her supervisor. Handles multiple priorities and exercises good judgment when dealing with guest situations and complaints. Clears, cleans, resets, and maintains station during shift. Attends daily line-ups meetings and training when requested, to ensure proper skills necessary to perform duties. Maintains compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:
