In this role, you'll greet residents by name, take accurate orders, deliver meals promptly, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room. You'll follow food safety and sanitation standards, coordinate with kitchen staff, and support special events or themed dinners. Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient table service to residents during meals Greet residents and guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and temperature Maintain a clean, organized dining room including table setup, bussing, and resetting Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling guidelines Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate orders and resolve issues Support special events, themed meals, and private dining as needed Handle resident questions and concerns with patience, respect, and professionalism Adhere to community policies, dress code, and safety procedures Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, resident-first work environment Required Skills Table service Point-of-sale (POS) operation Food safety and sanitation Order taking and accuracy Dining room setup and breakdown Cash handling or check management Customer service Team communication Time management Conflict de-escalation
