Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Paid training is provided to help you succeed from day one! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including wine knowledge and cocktail recipes, to answer guest questions confidently Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing payments and handling sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to foster guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
