Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns or requests. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
