Duties Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail service, beverage handling, and wine knowledge application to enhance guest satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant flow and guest experience Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems.
