Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items like wines, specialty cocktails, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine knowledge, or dietary restrictions with confidence and professionalism Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with fine dining or nightclub service enhances your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality are essential Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations ensures quality service Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in serving and upselling Basic math proficiency for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a vibrant environment!
