We are seeking motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team at our full-service hotel restaurant. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction. Answer questions about menu items and accommodate guest requests when possible. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow team members. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Follow restaurant policies, food safety guidelines, and sanitation standards. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:
