Enter orders into the restaurant POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials. Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests. Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit-card transactions. Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies. Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
