Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and process their orders using the inhouse POS ordering system. Direct guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from the moment they walk in. Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about menu items, reservations, or special events. Support food safety standards by adhering to proper serving procedures and sanitation protocols. Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or server in a busy restaurant environment with strong guest service skills. Knowledge of and familiarity with restaurant management systems like Clover POS. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly phone manner. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
