Job SummaryAs a Counter Server, you will welcome guests in a friendly and polite manner. The Counter Server s responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, attending to guests requests, serving food and beverages, and/or packing it for to-go orders, including accepting payments.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of serviceDemonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answering questions, and making suggestions.

Relay orders to the kitchen and provide beverage services Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests.

Complete all side work as assigned.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Excellent customer service and people skills requiredStrong verbal communication skills requiredActive TABC certification requiredGood working knowledge of beverages and willingness to learnMinimum of 1-year serving experience preferredAbility to prioritize job duties and manage time effectivelyHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredPrior experience with POS systems
