Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by efficiently managing orders, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or other reservation systems. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts effectively. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Experience Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a nightclub or similar environment. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help colleagues are key attributes for success in this role.
