Requirements At least 16 years of age Valid Drivers License Food Handlers Permit Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with selecting ice cream flavors and toppings to enhance their experience Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales transactions accurately Assist with ice cream inclusions Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sanitizing equipment, counters, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Manage food handling responsibilities safely, including serving ice cream and managing food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables and sanitation duties to ensure a tidy environment for guests Compensation - Minimum is $10 + tips (varies based on experience) Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusias, a willingness to learn and dependability Familiarity with food preparation, serving, cashiering, and operating kitchen or retail equipment such as POS systems is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Customer service experience that demonstrates your ability to engage positively with guests and handle inquiries professionally Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering creative treats and exceptional service!
