Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and alcoholic beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guests experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service, maintaining an organized work environment. We do not have bussers. Experience Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices is required to ensure compliance with health regulations.
