Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain knowledge of menu items, including wine and spirits knowledge, to provide recommendations and answer guest questions confidently Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling, serving, and cleaning procedures Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items including cocktails, wine, spirits, and specialty drinks Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Experience with beverage service including cocktail preparation and drink presentation Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
