Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and give correct change. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Pay:
