Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with professionalism and flair Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibly, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Support kitchen staff with food preparation when needed and assist with bussing tables to ensure a clean dining environment Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Demonstrate knowledge of food safety protocols, proper drink service techniques, and alcohol regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle high-energy environments Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances your ability to serve guests expertly Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
