Job Overview The Diana Lounge at Hotel Burg is looking for engaging, polished, hospitality-minded servers to join our team. Diana is an elegant but approachable all-day lounge in the heart of downtown Leesburg. We're looking for people who understand that great service is about more than taking orders—it's about making guests feel welcomed, recognized, and genuinely cared for. Our ideal server is confident, warm, attentive, and able to read the room. You should enjoy talking with guests, have a natural sense of hospitality, and take pride in the small details that turn a meal or a drink into a memorable experience. What we're looking for: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Genuine enthusiasm for taking care of people Strong communication and attention to detail Professional, polished, and dependable Comfortable with food, wine, cocktails, and learning more about each Able to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays We believe hospitality should feel personal, thoughtful, and fun. Pay:
