Position Summary Servers provide friendly, efficient service to guests, support bartenders, run food, and maintain a clean and organized taproom environment. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort in a fast‑paced, bar‑forward setting. Primary Responsibilities Greet guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations on cider and menu items Take orders accurately and enter them into Toast POS Deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain clean tables, floors, and service stations Assist with bussing, restocking, and side work Follow all ABC regulations and responsible service practices Support bartenders and kitchen staff during busy service Follow opening, shift, and closing procedures Qualifications Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working in a bar‑forward venue Evening and weekend availability required Work Environment Community‑driven taproom Busy weekends, live music nights, and private events Small, tight‑knit team with emphasis on communication and reliability Compensation Customary server hourly pay Servers keep the tips they personally earn during normal shifts. Tip‑share on special events. Shift meal and drink Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
