Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions effectively Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly • Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred; Familiarity with POS systems Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities This role offers an engaging environment where hospitality skills are valued and developed.
