Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Busser/Food runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Assist with food service by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction. Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests depart, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, providing excellent guest relations. Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this role.
