Deliver Great Service:
Warmly welcome guests, walk them through our scratch-made menu with confidence, take accurate orders, and ensure every table has a great experience. Keep the
Floor Moving:
Stay proactive at all times, pre-bussing, clearing, wiping tables, running food and drinks immediately, and resetting the dining area without needing to be asked. Master the
System:
Ring in orders and process payments swiftly and accurately using our POS system (Toast). Support the
Whole Team:
Pitch in wherever needed—stocking service stations, prepping front-of-house supplies, running glassware, and keeping side-work completely dialed in.
Maintain High Cleanliness Standards:
Keep the dining room, service stations, and guest areas spotless and sanitized throughout your entire shift. Who You Are (Qualifications)
Proactive Work Ethic:
You don't stand around waiting for direction. When things slow down, you clean, prep, restock, and support your team.
Fast-Paced & Reliable:
You stay calm, organized, and focused during busy rushes.
Guest-First Attitude:
Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers alike.
Experience:
Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred, but the right attitude, stamina, and work ethic matter most.
Basic Requirements:
