Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you'll deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while showcasing your culinary knowledge and beverage expertise. These are tipped positions. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Experience at a high volume restaurant is advantageous Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Pay:
From $5.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
