Essential Functions:

Prepares entree, vegetables, salad and other food items. Washes dishes/cleans equipment and work areas. Sets up serving line, serves food, and restocks. Operates computer/cashier (must be able to make change). Maintains high standards of sanitation.

Associated Functions:

All other duties as assigned which relate to the functions of the job.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Manual dexterity and ability to work under pressure. 3. Ability to develop positive constructive relations with students, staff, and public. 4. Computer/cashiering skills.
