Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for guest relations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink options. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Process payments efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Experience Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with host/host duties is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and communication. Experience using POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is an advantage. Background in hotel services or guest services is a plus.
