Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options Take accurate orders using Shift4 POS; ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow effectively Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure memorable hospitality experiences Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with fine dining protocols, food safety standards, and sanitation practices Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest satisfaction Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations Basic math skills for bill calculations, change handling, and sales processing Experience working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, hospitality excellence, and attention to detail Join us in creating memorable dining moments!
