Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our team in the role of ROLE. Summary Senior DPS leader for facility/hospital responsible for executive leadership of DPS team. Coordinate and be a resource for the facility leadership team (e.g. CNO, COO, Facilities). Ultimately responsible for DPS operations for the assigned facility, scope, or area. Directs and monitors the quality and effectiveness of operations and projects related to DPS in the facilities and holdings throughout the system. Ensures compliance with relevant safety regulations for Corporate Real Estate facilities (e.g. emergency drills). Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree is required. Requires 5-7 years of experience. Leadership experience required. If role requires law enforcement duties, ILEA/sworn officer required. Have never had law enforcement officer license denied by final order or revoked. Not currently on suspension or have a voluntary surrender of law enforcement license currently in effect.
