Our client is an international manufacturing company. This is a quickly growing entity with great leaders in place, excellent internal resources, and dedicated leadership. This is a new role!! They have many people that have been with the organization for 20+ years. Compensation Analyst (On
•Site in Santa Fe Springs area): Must have 2-3 years of compensation analysis experience Must have experience with sales compensation and commission structure analysis Must have multi-state operations experience Must have excellent communication skills Must have strong HRIS and Excel experience Must have the ability and desire to eventually grow into higher level roles Salary likely $72k
•$80k + bonus, benes, PTO This company is a leader in their sector, and will rely heavily on this person to help guide them in analyzing best practices and S.O.P.s. Longevity, culture, and environment are really important to them, and a big reason they have such great tenure in their people.
