We are seeking a Benefits Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an established organization in Moline. This is a highly customer-facing role for someone who understands medical claims and EOBs and enjoys helping people navigate questions about their healthcare benefits.

You'll be one of the first points of contact for members — both by phone and in person — so we're looking for someone who is approachable, patient, confident and comfortable handling a busy day.

What You'll DoHandle approximately 30-40 incoming member calls per dayGreet and assist members who visit the benefits officeAnswer questions regarding medical claims, EOBs, benefits and claim statusHelp members understand how claims were processed and navigate next stepsResearch questions or discrepancies and provide timely follow-upProcess HRA reimbursements, short-term disability, wellness forms and spousal premium reimbursementsAssist with new enrollment and open enrollmentMaintain accurate records and handle confidential member informationWhy This Opportunity?
