Plaintiff's law firm seeking a highly motivated, professional, and reliable individual to work as a Legal Assistant/Admin in our workers' compensation and personal injury department. As a Legal Assistant/Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the law to contribute to our success. Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Duties:

Handle a high volume calls Manage a case load Constant client contact Communicate with insurance carriers for payments and medical issues Follow up on medical reports Utilize legal case management software (e.g., iManage) to track case progress and deadlines
