Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Intake Specialist to join our Benefits Employee Outreach team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working .
Summary:
Performs a full range of specialized support and assistance related to operation the Benefits Division of the Chickasaw Nation overseeing the allocation of employee benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Receives and screens office visitors, answers incoming telephone calls and communicates with clients regarding benefits, status of claims and policies Must have broad knowledge of insurance and leave processes as well as the ability to explain plans to employees Handles all inquiries about insurance and retirement benefits Counsels employees regarding benefit options Ensures employee recieves the proper beneftis package with accurate data entry of new hires in to data base system Addresses employee inquiries about insurance and retirement benefits Assists with employee billing and claims issues Helps employee with insurance EOB Manages employee 401k plans Makes changes or alterations to benefits package as neccessary Resolves any problems or disputes regarding provision in benefits Acts as a liaison between employee, carrier and service providers as necessary Maintains benefits call log and audits for accuracy Resolves any problems or disputes regarding provision of benefits Performs all other duties as assigned
