Compensation and Benefits Administrator SUMMARY The Compensation and Benefits Administrator is a human resources professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's employee compensation and benefits programs. The duties typically include overseeing salary structures, administering health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Administrator analyzes market trends to ensure competitive pay and benefits, collaborate with management to develop policies, and assist employees with questions regarding their compensation or benefits packages.
ESSTENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation Management:
Research salary trends and benchmark pay rates to help the company attract and keep top talent.
Benefits Administration:
Manage health insurance, retirement plans (like 401(k)s), paid time off, and wellness perks.
Compliance Tracking:
Ensure all pay and benefit programs follow federal and state laws like the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and ERISA.
Vendor Relations:
Coordinate with outside insurance brokers, investment managers, and third-party service providers.
Employee Support:
Act as the main point of contact for staff questions regarding pay adjustments, benefit enrollment, and claim issues.
Payroll Collaboration:
Work with the finance or payroll team to verify accurate deductions, bonuses, and wage changes
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.
Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and clear communication abilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, sit and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.

Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, safety, productivity and continuous improvement.
Standard manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels (fans, server racks, and automated machinery).

Follow risk assessments, safe work procedures, and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Minimize waste, prevent pollution, and use energy, water, and materials efficiently.
Ensure waste is handled, stored, and disposed of in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
Participate in HSE training, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and consultation activities.
Cooperate with investigations and corrective actions arising from incidents, audits, or inspections.
Exercise stop-work authority where there is an unacceptable risk to people or the environment.
Support continual improvement of the organization's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
