The Role We're hiring an Employee Benefits Producer to build and own a book of business. You'll prospect, run the full sales cycle, and become a trusted advisor to HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners. This is a true producer seat with real support behind you — not a lead-gen grind. What you'll do Prospect and develop new employer relationships across your market Run discovery, build tailored benefits strategies, and present proposals to decision-makers Multi-thread across HR, finance, and ownership to win and keep accounts Partner with our account and analytics teams to deliver on what you sell Own renewals and retention on the business you bring in What we're looking for 2-5 years in employee benefits, insurance, or B2B sales (benefits experience a plus, not a dealbreaker) A hunter's mentality with the consultative skill to earn trust with senior buyers Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly) Coachable, competitive, and motivated by uncapped upside
