Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Manager (Spanish/English) We're partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients. Remote in North Bay | Local Travel Required (Marin, East Bay, San Francisco & Santa Rosa) What You'll Do ✅ Manage a book of small group employee benefits clients ✅ Serve as the primary contact for client questions, renewals, and benefit administration ✅ Prepare carrier marketing, renewals, proposals, and plan comparisons ✅ Lead virtual and in-person Open Enrollment and new hire benefit meetings ✅ Resolve claims, billing, eligibility, and carrier issues ✅ Maintain accurate client records in Ease, Employee Navigator, Salesforce, and other systems ✅ Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and California regulations ✅ Travel to client meetings throughout Marin, the East Bay, San Francisco, and Santa Rosa What We're Looking For ✅ Fluent in English and Spanish ✅ 3+ years of employee benefits or insurance account management experience ✅ Active California Life & Health Insurance License (required) ✅ Strong knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary benefit plans ✅ Experience with Ease and/or Employee Navigator preferred ✅ HubSpot experience is a plus ✅ Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills ✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office ✅ Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
