Your expertise in benefits administration, data analysis, and HR legal compliance will help foster a positive workplace environment and support our organization's commitment to employee well-being. Duties Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs. Work under direction of Account Manager in assist with meeting all required workflow duties. Manage benefit enrollment processes using Employee Navigator. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, HR legal standards, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and other regulatory requirements. Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion while maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting purposes. Support employee orientation sessions by providing clear explanations of benefits options, contracts, and HR policies. Experience Knowledge of health insurance plans. Health and Life Insurance License (2-15) is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining compliance with HR legal standards such as HIPAA. Data analysis skills for interpreting complex benefit data sets and generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
