If you're an experienced employee benefits professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead a team, this is an opportunity to take ownership of benefits administration for a multi-state workforce. imi is looking for a Benefits Supervisor to lead a team of three Benefits Specialists while serving as a hands-on subject matter expert across health, welfare, retirement, leave, and benefits technology. You'll work closely with the Benefits Manager, Payroll, and field HR teams to keep benefits administration accurate, compliant, and responsive to employees. Why You'll Want This Role Lead a team of 3 Benefits Specialists Serve as a benefits subject matter expert Own day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans Oversee 401(k) administration Work with UKG Pro and BenefitSolver Lead benefits technology and data-feed processes Play a key role in annual Open Enrollment Work across a multi-state workforce Partner with Payroll and HR on benefits accuracy and compliance Take on a leadership role with meaningful operational responsibility What You'll Do Lead the Benefits Team Supervise, mentor, and guide three Benefits Specialists Distribute team workflow and monitor completion Support employee inquiries, life-event changes, enrollment changes, and leave requests Conduct performance reviews and support professional development Serve as the first escalation point for complex benefits questions, claims issues, and leave situations Manage Benefits Programs Oversee the day-to-day administration of: Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Disability benefits Voluntary benefits 401(k) retirement plans You'll provide hands-on oversight of retirement plan operations, compliance, and employee support. Own Benefits Technology & Data Serve as the functional administrator and subject matter expert for BenefitSolver Manage and troubleshoot demographic and payroll data feeds between UKG Pro, BenefitSolver, and insurance carriers Partner with Payroll and field HR to ensure benefit deductions are accurate Audit and reconcile enrollment records across systems Perform routine system audits and investigate discrepancies Use Excel and Google Sheets to analyze benefits data and complete reconciliations Lead Open Enrollment Partner with the Benefits Manager to: Plan annual Open Enrollment Configure BenefitSolver and UKG Pro Test enrollment processes Execute Open Enrollment Identify and resolve system or data issues Ensure Compliance & Accuracy Review and approve monthly carrier billing Complete billing audits and self-bill reconciliations Guide the team through FMLA, STD, LTD, and ADA accommodation requests Help ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, IRS, and Department of Labor requirements Assist with annual compliance reporting Gather Form 5500 information Track

What We're Looking For Required 4-6+ years of progressive benefits administration experience 1-3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in HR or Benefits Hands-on proficiency with UKG Pro and BenefitSolver or similar systems Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including: VLOOKUPs
