Job Description
A well-regarded regional Virginia law firm is looking for an ERISA attorney to join its employee benefits practice in Henrico. You'll handle sophisticated benefits and executive compensation work for a wide range of clients, with a hybrid schedule. What you'll do Advise clients on the design, implementation, administration and compliance of: Tax-qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, defined benefit, 403(b), 457(b) and Employee Stock Ownership plans Health and other welfare benefit plans Internal Revenue Code Section 125 cafeteria plans Executive compensation arrangements Equity and equity-based compensation plans and agreements What you bring At least 5 years of ERISA and employee benefits experience Active Virginia bar admission required Strong drafting, analytical and client communication skills Compensation and benefits Competitive compensation, depending on experience Hybrid work arrangement based in Henrico, VA Interested?
