Hiring Drivers Now is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our online platform connecting CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you'll post and optimize job ads, screen driver applications, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with carrier partners to fill open routes quickly. You'll use web-based tools, data, and CRM systems to track performance, improve response times, and deliver responsive, helpful support to drivers and employers across the transportation and warehousing industry. Responsibilities Post, update, and optimize driver job listings across online platforms Screen applications and pre-qualify CDL and non-CDL drivers Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate next steps with carriers Use ATS/CRM tools to track candidates, activity, and performance data Communicate with drivers and employers via phone, email, and messaging Monitor route and requisition status to help fill roles quickly Compile basic reports on activity, conversions, and hiring metrics Collaborate with team members to refine recruiting workflows and messaging Required Skills Driver recruiting Applicant screening ATS/CRM systems Job posting & optimization Transportation industry knowledge Data entry & reporting Customer service Email and phone outreach Time management Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
