Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy Develop individualized treatment plans Complete timely clinical documentation Deliver ethical, compassionate, client-centered care Collaborate with colleagues through consultation and staff meetings Participate in continuing education and professional development Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Additional Opportunities Depending on your interests, you may also: Facilitate therapy groups Teach workshops or psychoeducational classes Present to community organizations Supervise Associate Therapists (licensed clinicians) Develop specialty programs within the practice Required Qualifications Applicants must hold one of the following licenses or registrations in the

State of California:

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) We also welcome applications from recent Master's graduates who have already submitted their registration application to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Applicants should also:

Hold (or obtain) an active NPI number Be eligible for insurance credentialing Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills Be committed to providing ethical, compassionate, evidence-based care Preferred Experience Although not required, experience or training in any of the following is highly valued: Couples Therapy Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Trauma treatment Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Family therapy Adolescents Group practice or private practice experience About Discover Hope Discover Hope Marriage & Family Therapy provides outpatient mental health services for individuals, couples, adolescents, and families throughout Northern California through both in-person and telehealth appointments. Our clinicians specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, navigate anxiety and depression, and build healthier, more meaningful lives. Compensation & Benefits Compensation $40-$70 per clinical hour Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and caseload.

$55,000-$95,000+ , depending on licensure, caseload, and schedule.
