This role is responsible for coordinating talent acquisition efforts, supporting onboarding and employee development programs, maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and helping manage employee relations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) in Paylocity to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively. Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the company culture. Assist with the employee performance management processes, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Assist in HRIS data entry and management to maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with OSHA and other labor regulations. Address employee questions and workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when appropriate. Assist with employee relations efforts and support conflict resolution strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and implement operational best practices. Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications 3-5 years' experience in human resources or related administrative roles with a focus on HR sourcing, data collection, and project management. Hands-on experience with Paylocity, HRIS platforms, and applicant tracking systems preferred. Ability to travel to multiple clinic locations Excellent interpersonal communication skills paired with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and recordkeeping tasks. Experience in recruiting strategies including social media management and leveraging ATS tools for talent acquisition efforts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
