High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Coordinate seasonal and year-round recruitment for packing house roles, including packers, sorters, machine operators, box makers, floor leads, and general labor. Conduct new hire orientations, process I-9 verification, background checks, and all required pre-employment paperwork. Manage high-volume seasonal onboarding schedules and coordinate shift assignments in alignment with crop/packing volume demands. Assist supervisors and floor leads with personnel communication, shift announcements, conflict resolution, and attendance tracking. Promote a safe, positive, and collaborative workplace culture across all shifts and departments. Review daily electronic time clock records, assist with missing or incorrect punches, and compile accurate bi-weekly payroll inputs for hourly and seasonal staff. Track attendance, leave requests, sick pay, and shift differentials. Maintain confidential physical and electronic employee personnel files in compliance with state and federal labor laws. Support facility Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety documentation, and Cal/OSHA workplace safety compliance standards.
