Weekly working hours:

40 As HR Administration Technician, under general supervision, prepare and process the daily, monthly and annual transactions for all payroll functions, as follows: Process all employee action and benefits change requests, in puts time keeping records and completed regulatory processing Respond to inquiries regarding status of requests, request for assistance and general information related to employee's personal, benefits and payroll account Responsible for on-going quality assurance activities to verify accuracy of input Maintains paper and automated files. Filing required. Updates procedures to reflect changes in regulatory requirements. Interacts with vendor and insurance personnel to ensure administrative activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner Ability to work in a dynamic environment Requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Incumbent must have a working knowledge of PC operational activities, basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
