You will manage interview logistics, support onboarding, maintain accurate data, and handle various recruiting-related administrative tasks. Responsibilities Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and departments Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure efficient and timely scheduling Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers Book rooms, manage candidate travel (as needed), and greet onsite candidates as needed Assist in preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork Ensure smooth & accurate handoffs from recruiting to onboarding Track completion of onboarding documents and background checks Maintain and update candidate records in Pinpoint, Impulse's applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure data integrity and support accurate recruiting reporting/metrics Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency certificate 1+ years of demonstrated in a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or administrative role Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and time management Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelors degree from an accredited university 2+ years of demonstrated experience using an ATS (e.g., Pinpoint, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.) 2+ years of demonstrated experience with high-volume recruiting coordination experience in a tech, aerospace, or high-growth startup environment Familiarity with onboarding workflows or HRIS tools

Additional Information:

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
