Job Description

Pacific Staffing is partnering with our client to identify a Human Resources Coordinator to support key recruiting and HR operations during. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who excels in recruiting, candidate coordination, administrative support, and maintaining smooth HR workflows. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding support, HR documentation, and employee inquiries—helping ensure continuity across active hiring initiatives and daily HR operations. We're seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy. This temporary role offers exposure to diverse HR functions, and the opportunity to support a collaborative team during a period of organizational growth.
Pay:
$30-$35/hour (DOE)100% Onsite Rocklin, California. Temporary Assignment through the end of the year Responsibilities Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.

Post jobs, manage ATS pipelines, and support candidate communication.

Source candidates on LinkedIn.

Initiate background checks and track completion.

Maintain personnel files, process offboarding documents, and manage HR mail.

Audit HRIS data and respond to HR inbox inquiries.

Support onboarding, trainings, meetings, and employee engagement events.

Provide general administrative support to HR team members. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience with
ATS/HRIS
systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing a plus.

Customer-service mindset and reliability throughout contract period.

HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
